Lore: was designed to kill a god

Kind of a rad spell and fun to give to Gale, but I don't think it's that great. You don't get it until Act 3 and by then many of the big single targets you'd want to use it on (remember: once per long rest) are immune or resistant to Necrotic damage or will just make the CON save for half damage.

Feels like something Gale should be casting on himself, the way the spell is described, fits his dark weave story he recounts.

As with this and "Artistry of War" make sure you learn this from the scroll on your wizard(s) instead of using them item
Despite it being one of the unique endgame necromancy spells for Wizard it feels lackluster. As it's essentially a worse Disintegrate that instead deals Necrotic damage which is worse than Force, deals less of it and instead focuses on Constitution.
