Story Item.Mayrina's Locket is one of the available Amulets in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score or more.

Mayrina's Locket Location & Where to Find
- Location: Ancient Abode (Sunlit Wetlands)
- Dropped by: You have to interrogate the corpse of Aunthie Ethel and she will tell you about what she planned to do with Mayrina's baby. You have to pass a Perception check to make Mayrina realize that she has been lied. If you do so, she will offer you her locket.

AnonymousThe game is already in full release and still this item is useless, but maybe they will keep updating this game forever and fix it, or maybe they will release a DLC someday that fixes everything and adds lots of new content. Let's just hope.

Someone on reddit was rather elusive but said depending on your choice it may have an effect when/if you run into Auntie again in Act 3, along with if you decide to give Mayrina the wand or not. Someone said something about the item being cursed and tracked by Aunt Ethel. But I just demanded both the girl and the stat boost from ole Auntie and am trying to figure out how best to proceed here myself, so don't know much more than that.

1) this item is bugged and doesn't have a description.
2) the wiki says it is worth 1KG, you mean 1 gold.
3) I obtained it by destroying the cage she was in and it was hanging from the dock. Mayrina is nowhere to be found now unfortunately.

Fun fact you can pickpocket off of her in the tea house, also is the item bugged or just useless

I knocked out auntie ethel in the fight with the passive for melee hits. Mayrina just suddenly ran away and dropped the locket, a long rest later, auntie ethel's still "knocked out", strange encounter and incredibly unsatisfying for the work it took me to down her.

I did everything right and for some reason i still can't equip it, is it only for full release?
First time I came across it today and it has a description:
"An aged, blue-stained scrap of paper within this locket reads: "To Mayrina - Will you go to the summer fair with me? From Connor. PS. These bluebells are from Ma Grundy's patch, please don't tell!"

While Pearlspore Bells (Ethel's magic mushrooms in Act 3) and Bluebells are totally different (one's a mushroom and another's a flower), it would be super interesting (and a stretch) to say that Ma Grundy's a Hag and found out who stole her bluebells eventually... Interesting but a stretch xD
