- Location: west of Underdark - Selûnite Outpost
- Crafting: Used to craft Mourning Frost
- Dropped by: Dhourn (X: 114, Y: -252)
- If you don't kill Dhourn (female Drow option), you can pickpocket the Icy Helve from him. He will disappear from his location once you leave, so make sure to pickpocket him if you're trying to make the staff. Unknown if he reappears later.

From what i understand if you let the dhoum go then you cant complete the staff.
