"One is reached by heading directly south of the Ancient Forge waypoint, going down the cliffside and jumping over a river of lava." should read "...directly west of the Ancient Forge waypoint,...".

I heard there IS A third (3) Mithril ore!

Pickpocket/trade with Aubtie Ethel before fighting her at the Gnarly Teahouse for the third mithril ore.

          there are 2 Mithral Ore, the coordinates are a bit vague: (X: -644 Y: 257) and (X:-557 Y: 278)
          Steps:
          1. Teleport to The Ancient Forge
          2. Go to the spot nearby which is ambushed by "Moving Armors", climb up on the rail. Look over the lava river, "1st Mithral" there.
          3. While go down stair to the forge - stop at the middle, look left, 2nd one ahead.

Been looking for if there was more than 2. Guess not. Had a idea for my next play.

That is self burn mage. With the mid armor and resistance to fire.you are immune to 1d4 burn.

while i'm sure it is very valuable to use the ore in the forge, you can also give to Dammon as an alternative.

I used an ore on the forge and tried to craft but the lift didn't descend and I couldn't even do the boss battle. I resulted in losing the ore for nothing

the two i found were both near the old fortress waypoint
one to the right next to a half buried 'gigantic' kogwheel
and the other ahead from WP down the stairs and left over the lava river
big blue menhir / 'standing' stones is what you look for

For anyone wondering on the reset for the forge, press the button and the forge will go back up. Draw a straight line back from the wheel from the lava. Can't miss it!

Yeah i can't seem to even do a second one, i'm not sure if overusing the lava vent and hammer to kill grym ruined it for me

Still only seems to be the same 2 in the Underdark in full release. There may be more in later acts, will post if I find any more.

                        • Two ore veins were all I found. I hope we can find more in the later acts, but for now 2 it is. I got faked out by the Adamantine Slag and thought it was usable so I made the wrong two first. Whoops!
