Has no use aside from that, from what I can tell.

Just makes a disembodied head sing a song if you carry this with you from the tutorial for 100hrs to the end of Act 2 (in the Necrotic Laboratory). And it's in a no warp zone, so you have to have this heavy thing in your inventory.
So odd. There are a bunch of other mind tanks in that area too.
