"If I had a copper for all the adventurin folk I seen gutted or cut up, or clawed like they was made of wet paper, just cause they couldn't move quick enough when speed might have saved em... well, I'd be suckin good brandy from crystal rather than this fuekin swill." - Overheard in a tavern in Baldur’s Gate. |

Boots of Psionic Movement are Boots in Baldur's Gate 3. Boots can be equipped to a character's feet in their designated inventory slot and provide different effects ranging from increased Saving Throws, to gaining Advantage on certain attacks. Even a modest pair of Boots in BG3 can help a character tremendously, so be on the lookout for them, and equip them when you can.
When not atop their dragons, gith are not particularly air-worthy. This is probably for the best. The imposition of downward gravity tends to put most people in a mood.

Unfortunately, this passive does not trigger on using "Fly" from the illithid powers tier 3 skill. It seems to only work when using the "Fly" granted by the boots. Ver: Patch #2

Boots are dropped in act 3 by Ch'r'ai Har'rak - a Paladin of Vlaakith - during the quest "Visit the Emperor's Hideout" in the location (X: -731, Y:553). You have to go down to the cellar of the Elfsong tavern, defeat the rats, go through a secret passage and finally you arrive at the Gith battle after which you can loot the boots. Pick pocketing does not work, tried with "dominate person"
Does it only work using githyanki class?
