Boots of Brilliance are Boots in Baldur's Gate 3. Boots can be equipped to a character's feet in their designated inventory slot and provide different effects ranging from increased Saving Throws, to gaining Advantage on certain attacks. Even a modest pair of Boots in BG3 can help a character tremendously, so be on the look out for them, and equip them when you can.

      By the time you find these in Act 2 your bard will be able restore inspiration on a short rest. Really would have been better to have these in Act 1 and the Wondrous Gloves in Act 2 for better balance.

        Correction the BOOTS OF BRILLIANCE are now in GAUNLET OF SHAR after you enter head to the right, I'm not going to say too much no spoilers.

          They are no longer Boots but Wonders Gloves, increases armor class by one and give bardic inspiration plus one.
