These boots are pretty much a must have on any caster. I'm almost finished with the game and still haven't found a reason to take them off Shadowheart. What makes them so broken is that for some reason going prone breaks concentration, and its very easy to go prone in this game. Without these boots and war caster feat, concentration spells never last more than one or two turns. The difference between my tav wizard's concentration vs Shadowheart's is night and day. Late game my wizard is pretty much forced to just take nova spells and get blasting, which is not my favorite way to play wizard. (RIP conjuration school)
Next time I play wizard it's gonna be a shield dwarf or a gith so I can equip these boots from lvl 1.

Cleric was wearing these, and had the "Focused Stride" effect on her character, concentrating on Spirit Guardians, got pushed off a cliff by Giant Eagle with "Gale" attack.
