Bloodless | Baldurs Gate 3 Wiki

Bloodless is a Status Effect in Baldur's Gate 3. Status Effects are the different conditions that can affect characters in both positive and negative ways.

Bloodless Information

• Effect: Feels a bit woozy. -1 to Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and most Ability Checks.
  
  

How to Acquire Bloodless

• A cutscene can occur where Astarion attempts to drink your blood during a long rest. Allowing him to do so will give you Bloodless, and Astarion the Happy Status Effect granting them +1 to Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and most Ability Checks.
  
  

How to Remove Bloodless

• Any spell that cures disease will remove Bloodless. The Cleric spell Lesser Restoration, or the Paladin feature Lay on Hands are easy ways to remove this early into the game.
