Bloodless is a Status Effect in Baldur's Gate 3. Status Effects are the different conditions that can affect characters in both positive and negative ways.

Bloodless Information

  • Effect: Feels a bit woozy. -1 to Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and most Ability Checks.

How to Acquire Bloodless

  • A cutscene can occur where Astarion attempts to drink your blood during a long rest. Allowing him to do so will give you Bloodless, and Astarion the happy iconHappy Status Effect granting them +1 to Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and most Ability Checks.

How to Remove Bloodless

  • Any spell that cures disease will remove Bloodless. The Cleric spell Lesser Restoration, or the Paladin feature Lay on Hands are easy ways to remove this early into the game.

      Lesser Restoration removes the bloodless debuff. Get the Amulet of Sylvanus at the bottom of the grove and let a non-caster wear it. The amulet get's refreshed every short rest.

        You get bloodless from letting (spoiler alert) Astarion suck your blood at length but not kill you. I don't think you can clear it
