Recipe for this is 3 Acorn Truffles (you have to right click>Extract) and 1 of any kind of salt. Rogue's Morsel x 3 will probably be the first Salt recipe you find.
You can buy acron truffles from Auntie Ethel in the Druid camp if you are needing something to talk to the Strange Ox as Arron doesn't sell the potion anymore.

There is one in act 1 toll house basement through the locked doors. In a wooden box on the ground in the middle room.
