Got two infernal Iron, even the quest log is updated and says i should take them to Dammon, but I don't have any dialogue option....

The newest update to the game for the mirror GAVE me a bug where the ox goes rouge on its own and kills as many NPC's as possible as soon as I zone in. WHAT?
