The Force Conduit effect scales with duration, but the item doesn't specify one. Does anyone with this item know the duration it starts with?
Just bought it to test it out. It starts at 2-stacks and increases by 1 at the start of the next set of full rotation (i.e. all units have made their moves).
Doesn't seem to give much value until a full 3-rotations and since it's only accessible at ACT III when everyone hits for 20-30 per turn, overall it's pretty meh.
Decent back-up shield I guess but I'd rather use Adamantine Shield (really should be considered Very Rare given how good it is) for front tanks and/or Katheric's Shield for melee casters.
