Reverse Rain Cloak Notes and tips in BG3
- A possible prize for spinning The Wheel of Wonders for 500 gold with the Djinn, Akabi Destroyer of Planes, at Circus of The Last Days.
- Makes the wearer Wet. This permanent condition causes them to be immune to Burning, resistant to fire damage, and vulnerable to cold and lightning damage. Can be used with Unlucky Thief's Gloves to prevent its fiery pickpocketing backlash.
- Can be equipped and removed to clean the wearer's appearance at any time.

It sounds like you could use this along with the Pyroquickness Hat to become immune to the burning and gain fire resistance for any heat stacks you might be building up. Not a bad option considering the limited sources of non-consumable Burn Immunity, and that there aren't a ton of great cloaks. Still, the wet debuff is pretty hazardous if there are enemy spellcasters around.

I encountered a weird bug with this cloak... it seems to reequip itself to my character sometime after I remove it.

You'd think it would at least lessen fire damage or something.
Very useful to clean yourself instead of throwing water bottles or using a spell slots to create water
