    • Best cloak for critical build or advantage melee characters (berserk, assasin).
Just for anyone who don't know how advantage+crit works:
With advantage your basic critical chance is 9,75% instead of 5%.
With cloak you need to roll 19 or more for crit - it is 19%! So it is a quite good already.
      18 or more for ctir - 27,75%
      17 or more for crit - 36%
      16 or more for ctit - 43,75%
15 or more for ctir (I think you can't made more now) - 51%

Also you can use SAVAGE ATTACKER feat for any melee to get the same effect as advantage.

How is this “very rare”? It’s one of the weakest cloaks in the game.
It’s just an extra 5% chance of doubling the dice roll on an attack. Criticals don’t even double static modifiers.
A long sword with 20 Strength would have a 5% chance of dealing an average 16 damage instead of 10.5.
That’s an average damage increase of 2.6%.
