Braindrain Cape is a Cloak in Baldur's Gate 3. Braindrain Cape is a rare cloak capable of instilling Mental Fatigue in foes when succeeding determined saving throws. Cloaks can be equipped to a character's back in their designated inventory slot and provide different effects ranging from increased Saving Throws, to gaining Advantage on certain attacks.
