Sometimes it doesn't trigger for my throw barb, no idea why. Maybe split damage from sources like Tavern Brawler, ring of acid or Nyrulna AoE doesn't count as "killing blow"?

I've started intentionally knocking out enemies with my other characters, just so my bloodlust character can have options for easy kills if they haven't secured one on their turn. So long as they have multiattack, they'll still be gaining a net positive number of attacks, even if they do have to sink one of them into a throw/shot to kill off a sacrificial lamb.
Just got to make sure the bloodlust character isn't accidentally knocking things out - k/oing an enemy won't trigger bloodlust, it HAS to be a kill.

Only 1 of these is craftable, I don't know where to find more Worg Fang I cleared out the Goblin area completely. Use it with care, very powerful in a big fight on a martial character

This goes a long way for characters able to use extra attack and spellcasting like a Blade Pact Warlock or EK/Wizard. Being able to attack 2-4 times with extra attack + haste and then follow it up with a long range fireball or eldritch blast is a huge boost to action economy.

How to get more of these? A merchant sold me one on Moonrise Tower but i can't get it to spawn again even after long resting.

This is ****ing nuts, a martial character with a haste potion + bloodlust elixir can solo the entire goblin camp on tactician.
