One can be found off of Warrior Clack (Goblin) near caged goblin inside Shattered Sanctum
One can be found on the windowsill of a prison cell in Shattered Sanctum (Where you find Halsin) (NOTE: You have to unlock the prison cell in order to reach the bomb)
