Spider Pen
There are 2 spiders downstairs behind the throne room. A lever by the gate will let you enter, but you can come in through the defiled temple part of the Shattered Sanctum.
If you have Speak to Animals, you can use that to make the spiders attack the goblins.
There is a second speech option, that is not easy to start, where one can start talking to the second spider, but it often gets interrupted by a fight. It seems it's possible to talk to them separately.
This might be easier if one saved the person who was about to fall down, and the spiders are not close.

Lolth-Sworn Drow also can use deception to convince the spiders they are the Spider Queen, and attack the goblins! You'll need to open the gate, of course.
