For anyone wondering, there's a note on the druid Apikusis' table that they buried one of Nettie's birds under a "bigger" rock. It is implied that "the hag" found out where the bird was buried and sent it them as a warning that was also an invitation, and so they buried the bird under a bigger rock. The Amulet of Silvanus being an item that casts lesser restoration that happened to be hidden under a flat rock fits the description. Also, note that the hag was actually hiding in plain sight inside the grove.

I can confirm the amulet is still UNDER the rock (BG3 Release, not EA). You need to slide it away. The amulet was still red, but stealing it dit not aggro the bear.

Use of Fog between the bear and the amulet will allow you to get it without having to fight the bear. I was also able to throw the rock up the hill away from the bear and not agro it.

Definitely still there. If you attack or throw the rock it will aggro Ormn, the nearby fishing bear. If you simply drag the rock it will not and you can pick up the Amulet. This Amulet is especially useful to use on Thulla in the Myconid grove as she will give you Boots of Speed as a reward for curing her.

FYI this item no longer exists. Now you just sit on the rock.
