Strange Conduit Ring is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. Strange Conduit Ring makes your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d4 Psychic damage when you are concentrating on a spell. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

Not terrible if you wanted to run a Paladin wearing the Luminous Armor and concentrating on Divine Favour to give your attacks radiant damage to proc the armor.

good for hunter's mark and hex users who also use weapon attacks

Lae'zel as rogue or fighter can nicely use this if combined with Datk justiciar half plate! Plate has Shars aegis +2AC till long rest concentration which makes her always using concent. So this ring is always boosting her dps!

This works wonders for archer rangers. Take this ring, equip it with gloves of archery and caustic band. Cast hunter's mark or ensnared strike, which you will do a lot tbh. Concentrating on these spells will make you deal an extra 1d4 + 2 + 2 damage per atack with your bow. If you want to juice it up even more, use diadem of arcane synergy. Arcane synergy allows you to add your spell modifier to your atack damage. And you can proc the diadem's arcane synergy with hunter's mark or ensnared strike since both of them are considered conditions. If you have 16 wisdom you'll basically get 1d4 + 2 + 2 + 3 with every ranged atack (while the hunter's mark or ensnared strike is active) and 1d4+2+3 with melee atacks. Now add in your bow's damage + colossus slayer (1d8 ONCE per turn) + hunter's mark (1d6) + sharpshooter damage (well, it's a flat 10 damage bonus but you can't use it all the time due to -5 atack penalty, I advise hoarding oil of accuracy) and you'll be a beast at the early game

Works great with classes that learn Detect Thoughts as a ritual, as it's a concentration effect and being a ritual it doesn't have a slot/rest cost when cast out of combat.

this doesn't seem to stack with the sword of screams +1d4 Psychic damage. I think it should have the disclaimer "does not stack". It only shows one instance of 1d4 psychic damage being rolled in the combat log. And yes I'm concentrating on a spell.
Works well with Circlet of Hunting and hunters mark för rangers and bards (bards getting hunters mark at level 10). You get +1d4 psychic and +1d6 piercing damage, and +1d4 on attack rolls. Once you get the legendary bow with guiding bolt you can comfortably use the "all in" feat, if not on both, than at least always on the second attack. Though i will admit there is hard competition for the head slot in act 3.
