AnonymousNot sure if intended but this spell double dips on both types with stuff like Empowered Evocation, Gloves of Spellmight ,etc.

Note that the damage type scaling with the upcastijg is bludgeoning, not ice.

While the AOE damage is good, the true killer from this is that it covers the ENTIRE area of effect in ice.
If any melee units survive the inital damage they will probably take 1/2 turns just to get to you.
