Way of Shadow is a Subclass of Monk in Baldur's Gate 3. Monks primary ability is Dexterity & Wisdom, their saving throw proficiencies are Strength & Dexterity and they have a Hit Dice of 1d8 per monk level. They have proficiency with Simple weapons, shortswords.
In Baldur's Gate 3, Monks employ a unique gameplay Actions mechanic. These Actions mimic spell effects, but their distinctive feature lies in their consumption of Ki Points.
Monks of the Way of Shadow follow a tradition that values stealth and subterfuge. These monks might be called ninjas or shadowdancers, and they serve as spies and assassins. Sometimes the members of a ninja monastery are family members, forming a clan sworn to secrecy about their arts and missions. Other monasteries are more like thieves' guilds, hiring out their services to nobles, rich merchants, or anyone else who can pay their fees. Regardless of their methods, the heads of these monasteries expect the unquestioning obedience of their students.

What is more important Wisdom for a saving throw or CONSTITUTION for health?

I want to love this subclass but man is it hard.
A situational teleport/cloak, a ritual spell that cost you class resource, no synergy with dark vision and darkness, and no moves that add damage.
This subclass seems only good for adding "teleport sometimes" to a better class.

It's really nice to have this new spell list in the same design as other magic classes.
However, the links should lead to the "Shadow Arts" version of those spells, and not their "mage" version, since their ranges seem to differ (e.g. for the Darkness spell).

To get the best out of this class you should multiclass 1 level into rogue on character level 2 for the "sneak attack" action. With the mechanics of your abilities using "Way of the Shadow" you can really get really creative in setting up yourself for extra sneak attack damage. Weaving in and out of the shadows is really fun with this class and the "sneak attack" action you get from rogue level 1 makes it so much more rewarding to get an attack off. Unfortunately you'll give up a level 12 feat for this, but I think it's worth it.

all other classes say they get a feat at level 12, does the absence of it in the list mean monk dont?

Is there any way to see in the monk darkness spell without multiclassing 2 levels warlock ?

There are several items that support weapon monks. The Shadow Path Monk is a monk well suited to using weapons.
Try supplementing your lacking attack skills with weapon skills.
Shadow Strike also has high potential. It has synergy with the Death Stalker Cloak.
Personally, after playing until ACT3, it is not a bad job. However, I don't think it's a good idea to be a Shadow Path monk who uses fists.
