Sussur Sickle is one of the Melee Weapons in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, each type of weapon has different ranges, damages, and other features (Finesse, Versatile, Dippable, etc). Characters need to master certain Proficiency before using a weapon, and sometimes gain special Actions while holding it.
The sheen of Sussur sap forged into this sickle glows blue when it cuts through arcane energy.

info for people trying to decide which weapon to take:
sickle - NOT a finesse weapon (uses str modifier only), NO throwing weapon modifier, your character looks cool holding a sickle, has lacerate (bleed on con save)
dagger - thrown weapon modifier (can ranged silence), finesse weapon (uses str or dex whichever is highest) for attack rolls, same damage as sickle regardless of what this wiki says
greatsword - good 2h weapon but there are many other good 2her options in the game so may be quickly replaced.

Tried getting the sickle today, since the comments have conflicting information i'll confirm that it's a 1d4 slashing (it only says in parentheses "ignores resistance", but weirdly it's not mentioned as an atribute?), and it does NOT have the "finnesse" atribute. It has "silences targets on hit", the "light" atribute, +1 weapon enchantment, and Lacerate is unlocked with proficiency. Was really hoping it'd have finnesse, gonna reload and get the dagger instead lol

I don't know if this applies for the other two susurr weapons, but the sickle has a slashing (IGNORE RESISTANCE) on it. I hope its only for the sickle so it has a little more of use...

You can find a loose sickle in the Grover ritual location, next to a stone on a cutting board with some herbs.

At least dagger has finesse, which is required for sneak attacks.
If a character doesn't have proficiency with shortswords, rapier or scimitar that's the only option remaining. Or if they want the abilities of the item.
Shackle however.. I don't get it? It's an objectively inferior weapon than dagger, why does it even exist?

After crafting this i saw that the stat's are actualy 1k6 slashing + 1k4 fire.

I don't understand why you would choose this 1-4 dmg sickle over the other options. It looks cool I guess.

WHY ARE THE +2 SICKLES WORSE THAN A NON ENCHANTED SICKLE IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE.
