Sunwalker's Gift is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, Rings and Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.

  

The ring's arcane jewel parts all but the darkest of shadows.

      The description of its ability is identical to that of darkvision ("... can see in the dark up to 12m"). It *should* work the same. Hopefully, it's been reported enough times to get it fixed.

        It works with removing dissadvantage, but it sucks that it does not visibly give darkvision, meaning dark areas look just as dark as before with the ring on, which might confuse some players into thinking it doesn't work.
        It, does, but it's just for the atack roll against obscured targets....
        I just wish it was able to give visible darksight and see in dark areas like the other characters can...
        That's what i expected when i bought it....

          Im not sure on this but i think you'll get an attack chance increase instead of a decrease if the target is hidden in shadows.

            Doesn't seem to do anything? I would assume seeing in the dark, but it doesn't provide darkvision. Perhaps seeing through magical darkness or something?
