There's a rapier called Infernal Blade that's missing from the list as well. You can get it in Act 2, It's a +2 weapon, it's weapon action is called Planar Ally: Cambion (the same kind of cambion you can fight in the tutorial) so it's worth getting.

There is a rapier called Rupturing Blade that's missing on this list. It has +1 Weapon Enchantment and has a Weapon Action called Searing Blood. I think I bought it from the merchant Brem at the Zhentarim Hideout? I can't really remember but I think from him.

You have to have the dual wielding feat before you can dual wield Rapiers.

Can't seem to dual wield rapiers even though it shows as one-handed
also rare +2 rapier that can be bought from Harper quartermaster at Last Light inn
