you can actually create a surprisingly decent build by combining this with armor of shadows, poison spray, and the ring roah moonglow sells in moonrise towers that makes a target vulnerable to poison damage.

i tested it out and i can confirm that unfortunately it does not improve dragonborn poison breath. how sad.

depending on what part of the room the spider falls into it will land in the underdark near the selunite outpost.

I accidentally yeeted the spider into a side chasm and figured my wizard wouldn't be missing out on anything. Sheesh.

For some reason mine is glitched and permanently has weird spots all over it. Thought maybe it was a bug with blood stains but long resting or changing/removing dyes doesn't work

i found a powder keg earlier, ( smoke powder or something) use my fighter to aggro her to the end of the cave ( small narrow path next to the abyss, then use my rogue to drop the keg next to her while she was in combat with my fighter, and use my mage to explode it with a flame spell. so the matriarch and all the spider baby when down the abyss.. because this was a powder keg and not some oil baril or something that burn. nobody care about the loot, its kind of shitty. but the xp is good. literraly no one was wounded in that fight.

just so you all know, if you knock the spider off and happen to have the magical version of Feather Fall (non monk) it makes fall damage nonexistent so you can jump down the green hole and it's a quick access to the Underdark, you end up right next to the minotaurs/Temple, you even get a cool cutscene of you just chilling while you're falling LOL

also, i cannot be 100 percent sure but i do not think the poison damage to caster is from the Robe, im fairly certain it's from the Staff of Crones if you're using them in concert

Not seeing this apply additional damage to the Poison Spray cantrip. Unless it's not intended to work on cantrips and only spells that consume a spell slot?

Unsure about the usefullness of this item to be honest, not that many good spell with poison damage... most of the time you're better of with Lightning or ice on a wet target anyway or simply burn them

Currently bugged. Adds to all damage.
                        Even worse/ better:
Adds to Magic Missile TWICE if you have the sapphire spark.

                        So 3*(2d4+1+2d4)

i've had this proc on arcane missiles (bug?) makes for a very strong caster though having 1d4 poison damage extra per missile.

Ok, so about the matriarch being hard… I summoned the ogers… and well… Bottomless pit and slam are a great combination

I dunno if bug or working as intended, but while it deals extra poison damage, it deals too to the caster. So on combining with staff of crones, for example, it truly did more damage, but also damaged the caster
