Another inspiration in Act 1 - The Floor is Lava: Defeat the Lava Elemental in the Lava Lake
In Act 2: Outlander gets Inspiration for getting to Moonlight Towers WITHOUT ANY protection. No buff from Isobel, no Moonlantern. You cannot enter the area of the effect of one, and you cannot equip or pick up a Moonlantern. Entering Last Light, seems to be okay. Basically, bum rush with a ton of potions, and Elixir of Necrotic Resistance. Act 2: Enter the Oubliette, doesn't matter how - you can get both of these from going towards the Baldurs Gate exit and proceeding anyways. This will throw you into the Oubliette, AND get you into Moonrise potentially without the Moonlantern; above restrictions still apply.
