It's not a BAD thing that this spell can bring tough enemies and bosses low so effectively and amusingly in the game's latter half. And it's certainly not as simple as an 'I win button' like some complain it is. What bothers me though is that scrolls of it are so readily available from merchants starting at character level 9, when level 6 spells can't be learned and cast without them until casters hit 11. So you get to level 9 somewhere during the Shadowlands quests, and find every merchant that sells scrolls might have at least one scroll to sell every time you long rest. I think it would help game balance if merchants didn't sell scrolls of spells a character of our level couldn't learn or prepare themselves. Finding them as cool exploration and combat rewards, sure. I just feel like it's too early to have a stock of these for completely disabling an act 2 mid-boss like Balthazar because you were able to buy half a dozen of them from the Harper quartermaster.

Most broken spell I've seen, Raphael, Cazador... they were completely helpless against it, is a win button spell, they took the "irresistible " part too serious lol

Larian... wtf wrong with u, just "WIN" button in the game. It`s too much bugs everywhere, but this *hit far beyond

The commentator writing about it being similar to a level 1 spell is a clown who didn't make it to late game to check things out for themselves. This spell has a 100% chance to land and can only be countered by counterspell or a concentration break. It can be a life saving power card against some bosses, like a particular lvl 16 boss that can attack 4 times, has 28 AC and heal with each attack. Be sure to kill all other minions and especially mages before casting this, in order to ensure its landing and concentration.

Not sure how it's impemented, but in 5e, it works like his: target doesn't get a save and starts dancing, and on their turn they spend all their movement dancing and then they *must use their action* to make the save. So even if they make it, their action is gone and they effectively wasted their turn.

Just had a very long boss battle in Act 3 that I just cast this on the boss using a scroll and beat the **** out of em

In 5e there is no save, at least for the first round, which is why this is a 6th level spell. Seems they have a lot to fix...
