      How To Use The Horn:
      1. Start the battle with 1-3 members, leaving the 4th member outside combat with the horn
      2. Save game
      3. Use the horn, and keep an eye on the mini map
      4. When u see Orc comming, control that 4th member rush in the battle
Warning: If the orc catch up with u before entering the battle, it would considering the job is done, thus ya have to pay
Tips: No paying if the Orc all dead.

In Arc 1, my party lvl4, I used these Orc as meat shield to help killing the Githyanki near Blighted Village. A hard victory, but huge exp, awesome loot for early game, and i don't have to pay those Orc (dead).

Out of range just means you have to go back to an Act 1 area to use, it works just fine in Act 2 if you just need to get Lump's crown.

Seems to be heavily bugged, as of 9/18/2023, They will enter combat for a round, then leave combat and watch.

On my first playthrough, I killed the ogres and figured this would summon neutral ogres, so I never used it.
Second playthrough I kill them again, tried it, didn't do anything.

Came here to see what it's supposed to do... didn't occur to me that it might summon the specific characters I'd killed twice.

Next playthrough I shall reduce them and telekinesis them off of a cliff. Not an ogre fan.

Can confirm, upon release, act 1, used horn at the adamantine forge.

Wanted to save it till act 2 and 3 and see if I could use it there, but decided to use it while I could, since I might not be able to take it into act 2

Doesn't work in the underdark. Used it against Glut's Myconid colony and nothing happened. I was forsaken in my time of need. It makes sense, but still unfortunate.

Let's say you summon them, let's say Lump has an "accident" that doesn't aggro the other two; would the other two still answer the call for Gondor's Aid or would Gondor forsake me in my hour of need?

You use it after combat has started. Also you can't be near anything that blocks movement. My ogres died first time using it.

Lump has a circlet of intelligence I would like to aquire. Anyone know if you can still loot it off of him if you summon them and he dies?

it works fine, you have multiple choices
-pay 500g before getting help, to get help later, 500 gold immediate
-persuasion roll for "my enemies blood will satisfy you as payment"
-pay 1000g after getting help, 0 gold immediate

after you summon them once with "blood enemy as payment", you can convince them again of one of the other 2 options, or tell them we are square

Is it consumable, like using it twice and its gone ? I used it once now and told them to still work for me.I have it in my inventory, but is it limited after lets say 3 uses and they take it back or get aggro on me?

                              -Blacki

i summoned in the battle for the druid place with gale and they aggro'd on me idk if it was because it wasn't the PC, or because it was that fight but be careful
