eya you just loose all your permanent buffs if you die and get revived.

Pretty awesome on a Barbarian player character or Karlach. 30% of a massive HP pool is still a LOT of HP to ride this buff with.

So obviously plenty of mouthbreathers in the comments as usual.
It doesn't matter which choices you take, as long as you pass the rolls.

it takes 4 times and you have to choose performance and cry out in pain to get the buff

I think I lost this because my character died and was resurrected. Guess you gotta play carefully or risk losing the buff for good.

After you turn hostile with the camp he seems to have gotten up and left? Unable to get the buff now unfortunately

in the full game I somehow lost it, could killing Abdirak make you lose the buff?

The buff this applies is bugged. On MC once the buff is applied it remains until long rest as stated by the tool tip. On a companion the buff is removed if their HP goes above 30% even though it’s the same tool tip. I’m not sure which is bugged but one base to be.
Failing an intimidation check also fails it.
