Lolth-Sworn Drow have unique dialogue with the Goblins in Blighted Village and Goblin Camp. At the Blighted Village they assume that you are a True Soul because your a Drow. This is very interesting since they let you pass through with no skill checks. At the entrance to the goblin camp they will ask if you are a True Soul with a Persuasion Check DC 5. Interacting with the Goblins further you have major advantages in dialogue. Goblin wearing blue pants will give you the poem or gold without a skill check. Crusher won't have the "Kiss my foot" dialogue and he just directs you to the Shattered Sanctum. The Goblin Kids playing with the dead body will try to fight you, but will easily surrender when attacked by minimal damage. The Spiders in the Shattered Sanctum can be convinced to kill the Goblins if you interact with them with Speak with Animals. On the other hand other friendly NPCs will comment on your race considering Drow live in the Underdark and they aren't common on the surface. The Deep Gnome on the Windmill when freed will assume that your enslaving him instead of robbing him, there is no dialogue option that lets you enslave him for those who are curious about that. Im stilling progressing through the game on this playthrough from act 1 so I'll try to add some more info if it comes up.
