      if you add the bark to the furnace, it turns blue and if you dont have a weapon you want to upgrade, you can leave, go get one, come back and itll still be blue (click the bellow thing next to the fireplace)

        You add the sussar bark first to the furnace at blight village, then add a regular weapon (Listed in the blueprint as a greatsword, a sickle, and a dagger). Light fire > Add bark > add weapon. You will get a nice lil gift from this.
