Does this only affect enemies within a frontal cone of the caster depending on which way the caster is facing or is it any enemy who can see the caster and is within 18m?

man this is so fun with some arcane acuities, or even the sword from astarian's companion quest that gives you a permanent +3 to save spell DC.
esp on a swords bard. with its already high AC, defensive flourish, and even using the djinni ring to cast Blur on yourself as a bonus action, you pretty much can't be touched.. every turn use eyebite on someone new, and use your bonus action to offhand attack to keep up your arcane acuities..
        it's just so dang fun

Is it a single target, anyone that can see you, what? And is it an action or bonus action reapply? This could be far better written tbh.

Also I assume it is meant to say that while you are concentrating ON EYEBITE you may REcast without expending a spell slot!

Can the spell be twinned using the sorcerer ?
If this is the case, does it mean it would cost no sorcery points ? (because you don't use a spell slot when recasting)

Does using another concentration spell (let's say ... Detect thoughts) break the concentration on this spell and prevents from recasting it ?

Wait, 100 rounds? And am I correct to assume this works similar to Hex, as in, after first cast, it can be recasted indefinitely without expending a slot up until you lose concentration/cancel spell? And does this spell let you choose the ailment inflicted?
