Why is this available to Arcane Trickster, when they as a Rogue get Cunning dash ? Pointless.

greatest buff of all time, extremely cheap, last until long rest, pair with boots that give lighting charge on dash, then spam 3 eldritch blast charged with lighting, spend sorcery points and spam 3 more eldritch blasts, repeat
