AnonymousFound this in the Toy makers house in the room with the basement on a shelf in Act 3. Pretty much the first house you see when you enter in Wyrms Crossing.

For anyone else who's confused, you don't use it from your inventory, you use it by having it on your hotbar somewhere. It's essentially the same thing as 'disguise self' spell.

Put it in the inventory of the character that wants to use it first (I had 4 and split them, maybe that is what did it), then it worked for me. I had the same problem before I did that.

This item allows me to cast it, but when I begin the cast, it asks me to "Select a Variant" without giving me any options. I can't complete the cast. I assume it's meant to be like the Disguise Self spell, but is bugged. Anyone have better luck?
