Doesn't consume level 2 spell slot resource (ritual), so free to use when out of combat, consumes 1 action when in combat.

It last ten rounds, so you have to know who you want to use it on and then quickly talk to them.

I've seen like 5 instances where this even pops up as a dialogue option, it helped once. i probably could have just rolled insight and used my own head to figure out what was going on anyway.
where this really shines is the fact that it is the only ritual concentration spell that lasts until long rest. makes items like strange conduit ring much easier to use.
