Defiled Temple | Baldurs Gate 3 Wiki

I had such a hard time finding info on entering the defiled temple area after defeating the entire shattered sanctum. Here’s how - basically after entering the shattered sanctum, go north until you are facing the alter with the skull, with the mosaic in the shallow pit. Take a left before the shallow mosaic area (West) and go up the stairs. Take the door to the right of the pile of debris. Head right again (north west) and use the door. Polma the ogre is there, in my case dead. You may need to have the priestess key to unlock this. I hope this helps !

if you go back to the previous area via the crack or door look up above the rafters there are 2 chest hidden somewhat. 1 above the sacrifice table and other across the way, just hold L alt to see them.

The skeleton had 78G a Silver Ingot and Scroll of Gaseous Form

I got there by using illusion to turn myself into a halfling and crawling through the rocky crevice in the goblin camp inside

There needs to be a separate page, probably under the Underdark, for Selunite Outpost, or the fast travel point marked as "Underdark - Fort". This is the area with the large statue with a crystal in it.

The floor beneathe the activatable chains appears to be breakable, and the maps shows traversible terrain past that room. Has anybody discovered how to it?

You can also enter without passing anything simply by being a dark elf.
