How to Acquire Create or Destroy Water in BG 3
- Create or Destroy Water can be acquired by the following classes:
- Druid, Cleric, Storm Sorcery (Lvl 6 Sorcerer Subclass)

- Upcast: When cast with a 2nd level spell slot or higher, the radius increases by 2m for each slot level above 1st.
- Create water applies the Wet condition: Vulnerability to Cold and Lightning damage (double damage).
- Lightning Spells cast on water causes the Shocked condition: Removing their reaction and having a chance to stun.
- Electrified Water + a Fire Spell causes Electrified Steam, which resets the Shocked and Wet conditions.
- A Cold spell freezes the water/mist and creates an Ice Surface, causing Difficult Terrain (half Movement Speed) and may cause creatures in the area to fall Prone unless succeeding a DEX Save.
- E.g. Create Water + Glyph of Warding combo.

If I have 1or 2 levels of cleric I get the wheel for create and destroy water However if I keep putting levels into cleric it disappears once you have a level 2 spell slot.(level 3 cleric)
So your stuck with the smallest water circle :(

Did they make it now so that you can cast it as a ritual version outside of combat without takinga spellslot?

Create Water: in a small 4m area, double all Lightning and Cold damage to effected targets for 3 turns.

Has nobody mentioned that casting this on invisible enemies instantly makes them visible without having a chance to save?

It's probably worth adding the the article that Storm Sorcery Sorcerers pick this up at level 6, so there is no need to multi-class or take a Magic Initiate feat if you wish to boost your cold/lightning damage (although if you go draconic bloodline lightning this might still be needed).

Rain Dancer staff has Create Water(No destroy water), on short rest, 4m AoE and 9m range.
Not sure if theres other items(besides the water bottles, do they sell this in vendor?). If you're going for a Sorc/Wiz lightning or frost build might wanna bring along a cleric or druid to get reliable access to Create Water.

Great for supplementing cleric's lack of offensive spells by amplifying an ally's higher level spell

Useful in VERY specific circumstances. Unlike in Divinity, water here doesn't play that big of a role. And this is (I think) The only way to get it from magic. Otherwise you can throw water barrels.
Outside of the grim forge, not once have I ever used this. There's better things to use your spell slot on.
Drink a fire resistance potion (lasts until long rest) and skip this.
For some reason theres 3 options and the third one is just a free lvl 1 create water for 4 turns? I have no idea what its from it has the II symbol on it but its a lvl 1 spell and cant be upcasted and doesnt use a spell slot
