I can't speak with her. In Act 1, everything seemed fine when I rescued her from the burning building. But in Act 2, in the inn, she just stood there and clicking to talk with her does nothing. Now I have a mission in Act 3 to rescue her and she won't speak to me again. I do play with mods, but I haven't had this problem with any other NPCs and I haven't heard anyone else having this problem. I'm not sure what my next move should be.

Can you warn Florrick about Gortash before she leaves the Last Light Inn? If you got to Moonrise Towers first, you could learn about that detail from snooping around in the documents of the upper floor. Would that allow you to tell her when she discusses leaving to get Gortash's help that he's an enemy?

Florrick showed up at the very end of the game to help fight the Absolute, even though I killed her earlier in Act 3 after she accused me of doing a certain thing in the Wyll quest line that I hadn’t even done yet. Ooof Act 3 is super bugged. Just glad it’s over; will replay it in a few years once it’s been patched 50 more times

The Inn and the fires are everlasting. Inn still standing and fires still burning way into Act 2.
Also the Flaming Fist lady still there mourning the dead guy.

Didn't know there was a timer and came back after doing the zarys quests etc. only to find the fire had gone out and everyone died

On my playtrough I haven't even entered Waukeen's rest property, just went around and it already tigered all the timers and killed all trapped NPCs before I eventually got there. I got the line "Someone needs help" anyway when I went trough the gate, but everyone was dead already.

If saved, you'll be able to meet her at Last Light Inn in Shadowlands on her quest for the Duke.

Would be cool if one of the NPC's in the front yard approached you and forced you into dialogue about potential survivors in the buildings, and the urgency of their rescue. All you get now is an easily missed overhead dialogue. I didn't even know these two are actual NPC's before I read the wikia.
On my playthrough at full release the Counsellor was dead when I broke down the door. During my EA playthrough she was alive. Same thing with the husband that was trapped under a beam. He was dead long before I even got to Waukeen's Rest. :(

So .. I decided to explore a bit before, going into the Tavern, and the doors were already open by the time I went in to explore inside.
Going up to the 2nd floor, I did see Benryn's(?) burnt corpse, but no Counselor Florick in any of the other 2nd floor rooms; and there were only 3 Fist guards remaining onsite.
Did I just miss her entirely? I understand that she is probably a very busy person, who can't just wait around all day for someone to eventually rescue her, but ...
Always dies from fire, no way to save her. Burn, witch, I guess.
