Broodmother's Revenge is one of the available Amulets in Baldur's Gate 3. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, Rings, or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score or more.
Each of this amulet's jewels shines like a viper's eyes.

Awesome bc unlike dipping weapons, this affects all equipped weapons at the same time, ranged and melee (esp if duel-wielding), which is needed more than you might think with all the big battles that have you constantly changing engagement distances

Can confirm Ring of Regeneration works giving you permanent uptime
Also works with Fighter's Second Wind Ability making it a pretty reliable early necklace for fighters

Would have some really good synergy with the Derivation Cloak which heals you for 1d4 HP each time you poison an enemy, which will in turn renew the poison damage buff on your weapon. There's also a Poisoner's Ring in the game which may potentially stack more poison damage but I don't have any solid info on it yet.
For those who want to test my above mentioned combo, the Derivation Cloak can be found in a heavy chest on the first floor of Moonrise Tower in the eastern side of the building in the Library.

Don't know why it says (in game) 1-6 poison damage. We only get 1-4.

How long does the additional poison damage last once applied?

Could possibly have a good synergic effect with Amulet of Selune's Chosen heal cantrip - particularly used on elf/h-elf/Astarion? who are immune to the slumber due to Fey Ancestry.

Poison damage is 1d4 (basic poison.) Healing from Shattered Flail does not proc this effect.
The poison damage appears not to work on a thrown weapon. I've been trying this with items that heal each turn on Karlach wielding the returning pike. The damage is applied every turn after the heal, but the poison damage is never rolled when she throws it, only when she uses it in melee. I switched this combo to Lae'zel who attacks more consistently in melee and it works just fine.
