Books and Lore in Baldur's Gate 3, are all readable documents that you will find throughout the game. Books and Lore may trigger events or update quests when read, even if you quickly skip the text, working as Quest Items. But other of these Items simply provide Lore information to the player about the game history, the characters background and world, for a better game experience. There are many short notes that may not give up too much information or simply give basic hints.

Was reading the books I got in-game after completing early access again and thought "It'd be cool if someone put all of them in the wiki, maybe I'd do it if I wasn't lazy" and then found this
Awesome, well done :]
I don't know how to add new entries, if someone could teach me or link a guide to do that, that'd be great. For now, I'll leave a book here that's not on the list. All details like value, weight, resistances, etc., are the same as other books.
Name:
Mistress of the Night and Friends
Description:
A series of stories distributed among children to encourage the worship of the Goddess Shar.
Reads:
There once was a beautiful woman. Men and women alike travelled across the land to earn her hand in marriage, but none could win her heart. Her mother despaired, for she wished for her daughter to find love and happiness.
And then her mother died.
The woman cried and cried. Her suitors stopped calling. Her friends stopped writing. And still she cried.
'You poor child.' Shar whispered in her ear. 'They only wanted you for your beauty. For your charm. For your grace. Now that grief has replaced your charms, none care for you. None but I.'
The woman spoke to Shar, who listened. She prayed to Shar, who answered. For the first time in her life, the woman had a true friend.
And then Share asked her to take a vial. A small vial. An innocent vial. She took the vial to a man. The man filled it with liquid and told her to drop it into a well.
The woman did. She wanted Shar to love her. To be proud of her.
And then people became sick. People died. But Shar loved her. And the woman loved Shar.
Now men and women alike travel across the land to see her. Not because she is beautiful. Not because she is charming. But because she is a High Priestess of Shar.
And her word is law.

There’s a lovely goblin religious poem called (I think) “Yer Axe Got Broke”, in the Drow lady’s office in the goblin camp. One of my favorite pieces in this game, but nobody seems to know about it.
the necromancy of thay is still missing, you find it in the blighted village under the herbalists house
It would be necessary to include the remaining 9/10 of the books. Some have really interesting info.
