- A wild magic sorcerer may cast blur on themselves and every creature within 9m as a result of a wild magic surge.

Sadly Blur Spell doesnt obscure, so you can't get benefits from Justicar gear in act 2 that give bonuses when obscured

Blur lasts 10 turns and it is bad unless you have a high constitution saving throw, because it is a concentration spell. Better use mirror image instead.
