AnonymousRAW bestow curse doesn't require concentration if upcasted at 5th level or higher, does anyone know if this is the case in bg3 as well?
Attack disadvantage lasts 20 turns and Dread lasts 50 turns.
Bestow Curse does what most people think Hex does -- it provides disadvantage vs saving throws (Hex only disadvantages ability checks). So this spell is excellent for helping subsequent spells connect, and you can choose which saving throw to target.
It also has options to add damage (similar to how Hex works, but a better version) or to skip their turn entirely (very strong, but they can roll a WIS save each turn).
